29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least includes the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about January 26, 2015, at the St. Charles Parish Courthouse, the employer failed to implement a written hazard communication program that included training on hazards associated with chemicals, safety data sheets and a list of hazardous chemicals that were known to be present in the work place.
