29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about 01/26/2015, two sub-contractor employees were working in building #2 of an apartment complex located at 1000 Fountain View Circle, St Charles, MO. One of the sub-contractors removed a previously installed stairway system, exposing employees to tripping hazards caused by four steel bolts. The bolts extended approximately 1/2 inches from the floor.

On or about 1/26/2015 at the jobsite at 1000 Fountain View Circle, St Charles, MO, fire extinguishers were not provided for employees performing work in a two-story apartment complex. In addition, flammable products such as Adhesive/Primer were being used.
