On or about 01/26/2015, two sub-contractor employees were working in building #2 of an apartment complex located at 1000 Fountain View Circle, St Charles, MO.  One of the sub-contractors removed a previously installed stairway system, exposing employees to tripping hazards caused by four steel bolts.  The bolts extended approximately 1/2 inches from the floor.
