For additional details not covered in this subpart, applicable technical portions of American National Standards Institute, Z49.1-1967, Safety in Welding and Cutting, shall apply. a.) Coastal Drilling East, Bluestone Dam: On or about 1/26/15, the employer did not follow section 3.5.3.2c of ANSI Z49.1-1967, in that flash-back protection was not provided for employees using the gas burning torches. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
