29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit.": (a) On or about January 29, 2015, and at times prior to, the exit door at the back was not clearly visible and did not have an "exit" sign, exposing employees to entrapment, sprain and smoke inhalation in case of fire emergency. Employees use this door to exit to the dumpster and freezer.
