29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) SPI 100 Platform - On or about January 27, 2015, a section of the platform on the SPI 100 machine did not have a standard rail or equivalent fall protection exposing employees to fall of hazards approximately 5 feet 7 inches. Dimensions Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313763088, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/11/11, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 7th Street, Glenville, NY 12302.
