29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:    a) Maintenance: The employer did not provide adequate training or information on the new label elements (pictograms and signal words) and the new SDS format according to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals, on or about February 5, 2015.     The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002474, citation number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2015 with respect to a work place located at 21850 Oriole Country Rd., Boca Raton, FL.    Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
