Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. Universal Project 340 - southwest area of building 252, JLG High Reach 2 800S aerial lift was used next to an adjacent excavation and fell into the excavation (ANSI A92.2). Violation observed on or about 1/29/2015.
