29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) On or about January 29, 2015 at the employer's store at 39 Centre Drive, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 the employer had not completed an annual periodic inspection of the energy control procedures for equipment, including but not limited to, the Harmony trash compactor, model C-300-STD. The Lowe's Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191400, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15601 S. Lagrange Road, Orland Park Il 60462.
