29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a- Work Bench Area, 208 Cedar Swamp Road, Logan NJ: On or about 01/29/15, company employees were exposed to struck by injuries when using a Jet Drill Press - Model Number JDP-145 whose base was not secured to the floor below. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
