29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) Lot # 36, 5264 Rosewood Place, Fairburn, GA: The employer was using a Hitachi Portable Saw (Model: C7682) with a wood shim that prevented the lower guard from returning automatically to the blade covering position, exposing an employee to laceration and amputation hazards while cutting sheathing and rafters.
