29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      a) Englewood residence: On or about January 26, 2015, and at times prior, seven workers were exposed to falling 20.6 feet or more while performing roofing activities without a fall protection system.
