29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    In the Engine Room; the electrical circuit breakers 14, 16 and 18 in the electrical panel box were not identified as to what they controlled and in the event of an emergency, this condition exposed employees to hazards associated with not being able to shut off the electrical power to a piece of machinery or equipment.
