29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): One or more fire extinguishers, rated not less than 2A, was not provided on each floor. In multistory buildings, at least one fire extinguisher was not located adjacent to stairway.    On or about 1/26/2015 at the jobsite at 1000 Fountain View Circle, St Charles, MO, fire extinguishers were not provided for employees performing work in a two-story apartment complex.  In addition, flammable products such as Adhesive/Primer were being used on the site.
