29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Englewood residence: On or about January 26, 2015, and at times prior, four workers were not wearing a harness and had no other means of fall protection while exposed to falling 7.8 feet up to 12.6 feet to ground level. b) Englewood residence: On or about January 26, 2015, and at times prior, a worker without fall protection was exposed to falling 8 feet to concrete from the bed of a dump truck loaded with roofing debris.
