29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) Arapahoe Roofing & Sheetmetal, Inc. at 3100 Marine Street, Boulder, CO 80309: On or before January 27th, 2015, employees were exposed to potential hazards associated with working with and around a 2-part adhesive product containing methylene bisphenyl isocyanate. Employees did not have access to the safety data sheets for the product in their immediate work area.
