29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about 29 January 2015, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 9 feet 7 inches, while doing roofing work on a residential pool house that was under construction, without being protected from falling.
