29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the site, employees working on a 6/12 pitch roof, were exposed to a 13'3" fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used while bringing materials such as but not limited to panels onto the roof on or about 1/30/2015.
