(b) On or about 01/30/2015 - Machine Shop, ACRA Manual Lathes, two lathes (Model FEL-36200) and (Model 32160) were not guarded.  (c) On or about 01/30/2015 - Machine Shop, an IKEDA Radial Drilling Machine, Model RM-175, was not guarded.
