29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) North side, new residential construction located at 1852 Tululah Trail, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to falls while installing Hardie-Shake Siding on a pump jack scaffold platform at heights of approximately 18-feet, 6-inches wearing a harness with lanyard with no connection to the life-line provided.
