29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded. The guarding device was not in conformity with any appropriate standards therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, was not so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: This violation was discovered on February 2, 2015, at an establishment site located at 1329 Millwood Road, McKinney, Texas at the strip line #1 machine , in plant #2, which did not have an adequate in-going nip point/cut area guard, where at least one (1) employee was exposed to an amputation hazard.
