29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) At the site, on January 30, 2015, the employer did not ensure the working platform of a one tier tubular welded scaffold, from which an employee was performing framing work, was fully planked, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with broken bones, sprains, lacerations, and bruises.
