On or about January 28, 2015, employees working from a ladder below other employees on the ladder jack scaffold system were not wearing hard hats and were being exposed to head injuries. Tony's Painting of Destin, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313875064, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Blazing Star Trail, Water Color, Florida 32549.

On or about January 28, 2015, employees standing on the roof were not protected from falling 10 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type of fall protection method. Tony's Painting of Destin, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313875064, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 56 Blazing Star Trail, Water Color, FL 32549.
