OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck by hazards: (a) Location - 78 Emerson Gardens Road, Lexington, MA: On or about 1/30/2015, the operator of a John Deere Model 320 Skid Steer did not receive training on the safe operation of skid steers and safe shutdown procedures were not followed by the operator before vacating the operator's position.
