29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition:  (a)  Materials Yard - On or about February 4, 2015, employees were operating a Komatsu FG25T LPG Forklift (#18) on which some of the information on the data plate was not clearly legible, including the attachment capacity information.  (b)  Materials Yard - On or about February 4, 2015, employees were operating a Komatsu FG25T LPG Forklift (#23) on which some of the information on the data plate was not clearly legible, including the attachment capacity information and serial number.
