On or about January 27, 2015, at the shop area of the above addressed worksite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while cutting metal with a radial saw (i.e. Delta, no model number available) that was not adjusted to prevent the forward travel of the blade beyond the position necessary to complete the cut and its cutting head did not return gently to the starting position when released by the operator.
