29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(i): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing when PPE is necessary: a.) On or about February 2, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee who had not been wearing a seat belt while operating a baggage handling tractor and was injured in a collision with a powered industrial truck, did not know when it was necessary to wear a seat belt.
