29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. On or about 2-3-15, in the warehouse shop, the employer allowed employees who were using a breaker in a 120 volt panel board to turn on/off an air compressor to be exposed to a missing breaker in the panel board leading to an unused opening that was not covered.
