29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:  a)  Warehouse:  On or about January 22, 2015, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when using electrical tools and equipment that did not have direct access to the supplying circuit breaker panel and two disconnect switches due to a wooden table positioned in front of them.  b)  Warehouse:  On or about January 22, 2015, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when using electrical tools and equipment that did not have direct access to the supplying circuit panel due to barrier arms being stored on a cart in front of it.
