29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:  a) Flexo machine stacker, shop area, 2160 North Main Street, Washington, PA 15301:  Observed on or about February 04, 2015, the nozzle on a compressed air gun located on the Flexo machine stacker was not capable of reducing the air pressure to less than 30 pounds per square inch (p.s.i.).  The air pressure was set to approximately 120 pounds per square inch (p.s.i.) at the time of the inspection.
