29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Worksite located at Hwy 70 Bypass West. Wood chip area. On or about February 3, 2015 and at times prior thereto, surface wood dust had accumulated to a level greater than 1/32-inch on structural members and other areas. Employees were exposed to explosion, deflagration, and other fire hazards.
