29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: Employees at a residential construction job at 5840 Woodbridge in Topeka, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet or greater. Employees applying sheeting on the roof from a work platform positioned on the forks of the CAT TH63 telehandler were exposed to a ten (10) foot fall in that the 4' by 16' work platform was not secured to the mast or forks.

Employees at a residential construction job at 5840 Woodbridge in Topeka, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet from the eave to the ground. Employees applying sheeting on the roof from a work platform positioned on the forks of the CAT TH63 telehandler and were not protected from falling in that the work platform did not have guardrails.
