Main St. Bellefontaine, OH: The employer failed to ensure an employee working from an articulating truck mounted man lift was adequately protected from falls. The exposed employee tasked with the installation sign was not attached (clipped-off) to the basket of the lift and was exposed to an approximate 18 ft. fall to the ground below.
