Employees performing residential framing work at elevations of six feet or more above the ground are not protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system.  The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on February 3, 2015, when employees were installing framing from the first and second story of a residential house at 25 Molasses Court, Saint Johns, Florida 32259 without fall protections and were exposed to fall hazards of 10 and 11 feet above the concrete foundation and surrounding ground.  Transformers Construction Services, Inc. previously committed a Willful violation of this standard with an 11(b) warning on April 10, 2014, when employees were working on a residential house at 62 Stirlingshire Court, Saint Augustine, Florida, 32259, which became a Final Order on August 6, 2014.
