Written machine specific energy control procedures for these machines were not developed and implemented. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.215(d)(1): Spindle speed(s) on grinding machine(s) were not checked before mounting to assure that it did not exceed the maximum operating speed marked on the wheel: West Welding area - Employees operating an unknown/unmarked Bench Grinder were exposed to struck by hazard in that the marking or tag of the grinder was missing, therefore they could not ensure that the maximum RPM rating of each abrasive wheel would be compatible with the RPM rating of the grinder motor. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
