29 CFR 1910.268(c): The employer did not provide training in the various precautions and safe practices described in (1) through (3) of this section and did not ensure that employees did not engage in the activities to which this section applies until such employees have received proper training as required in this section: a) Comcast Office - 39 Kulick Road, Fairfield, NJ Service Technicians working on equipment located on or near a utility pole received training that did not adequately clarify the procedure for using foreign voltage detectors and grounding the user when working near high voltage lines. Violation discovered on or about 7/10/2015.
