Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about at 2/5/15 located at 375 Hwy, 515 S, Jasper, GA: The employer failed to provide fall protection for employees that were exposed to fall hazards of up to 20.4 - feet while working on the roof installing roofing sheet metal panels.
