29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. 1. On or about 3/06/2015, at NW Shipping and Receiving, a clear space was not kept around the ABC portable fire extingisher as a result of pallets, boxes, and miscellaneous items. 3. On or about 3/06/2015, in the Shipping and Receiving area, an ABC portable fire extinguisher was not properly mounted.
