Target was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992496, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/22/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2703 Route 541, Burlingotn, NJ.  Target was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891892, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/8/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14200 East Ellsworth Ave. Aurora, CO.  Target was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312976046, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/16/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 401 Easton Rd., Warrington, PA    .
