On or about 5 February 2015, the store had fire extinguisher signs missing, exposing the employees working within the store to various fire hazards.  1) At the panel saw, Bay 17, the sign was missing for the fire extinguisher.  2) Door 49 that is an emergency exit door was missing the sign for the fire extinguisher.  3) Along Aisle 4, Bay 2, the sign was missing for the fire extinguisher.  4) At the end of Aisle 34, the sign was missing for the fire extinguisher.  5) At the end of Aisle 37, the sign was missing for the fire extinguisher.  6) At Dock 2 within the Receiving area, the sign was missing for the fire extinguisher.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):  Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points.    On or about 5 February 2015, and at times prior thereto, flexible cords were not protected from accidental damage, exposing the employees working within the area to an electrical hazard of approximately 120 volts.  1) Within the Paint area, a workstation with wheels had been pushed up against the flexible cords that were plugged in at the time, smashing the cords into an approximate 90 degree angle.  2) Within the Garden area outside, a power strip cord was setup so the cord ran through an open metal hole within the cashier's workstation.
