29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) Roof of Lot 78 - On or about February 2, 2015 two employees were exposed to a flying object hazard while using nail guns. Neither of the employees was wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Back Roof of Lot 78 - On or about February 2, 2015 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof 33 feet above the ground with no guardrail system safety net system or personal fall arrest system. (b) Front Roof of Lot 78 - On or about February 2, 2015 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof 25 feet above the ground with no lanyard attached to his personal fall arrest system.
