29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.    a- 559 Route 130 North, Hamilton NJ: Two employees, not wearing a full body harness with a lanyard attached, were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of a Genie S-65 articulated boom lift.  These employees had not received training from the company regarding the proper use, type, etc, of fall protection to be worn when working from a man lift basket of an articulated boom lift.  Condition observed on or about 02/04/15.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.
