29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii):  Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers, vehicles, and equipment without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container, vehicles, or equipment:     On or about February 4, 2015, and at times prior thereto, in the laser engraver area lacquer thinner having flashpoint of 2 degrees F was dispensed into a smaller container without being effectively grounded and bonded to electrically interconnect the containers to prevent static discharge during dispensing operation exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     On or about February 4, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were allowed to operate machines that were found not having guards provided, including but not limited to the following instances:     1) At the belt sander in the main shop area, a conveyor belt was being used without guards provided exposing employees to in-going nip points.       2) In the main shop, a CNC lathe machine was being without an interlock device provided exposing employees to the point-of-operation.    Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:    On or about February 4, 2015, and at times prior thereto, at the circuit breaker panel in the main building the circuit breaker panels were observed blocked by a drill press and other equipment.  This prevents employees from quick access of the panels when needed.
