The employer has failed to submit abatement certification within ten days of the abatement date, April 6, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), issued as citation 1, item 2, and described as follows: Located at 1668 Buckeye Place in Grove City, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on a four story hotel. Employees were not trained on how to properly use fall protection and the hazards associated with fall hazards while framing. Employees were working at heights of approximately 36 feet and not utilizing fall protection.
