29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers: a) At the jobsite: 1200 Tel Hai Circle, Building B - All pull boxes and junction boxes of 120 volts in a stairway from first to fourth floor did not have covers. The employer connected temporary lighting to the electrical boxes exposing employees to electrical hazards when using the stairways. Observed on or about 01/29/2015.
