29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Back side, new residential construction located at 12340 Beragio Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009: Employee was exposed to falls of approximately 24-feet, 7-inches to the lower level while installing eave and fascia boards from a pump jack scaffold platform without a fall protection system in place. Employee was wearing a full body harness with no connection to a life-line or anchor point.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. a) Back side, new residential construction located at 12340 Beragio Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009: The support poles of the Alum-A-Pole Pump Jack Scaffold System were not secured at the bottom of the poles to prevent displacement and the support poles were not plumb and square as they were not secured properly at the base. Employees using this scaffold were exposed to collapse/fall hazards while working at heights of approximately 24-feet, 7-inches from the lower level.
