29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:    a) Production Area: Employees were not provided training to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting.  Exposing them to fire and burn hazards on or about February 3, 2015.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:    a) Milling Area: Employees were using compressed air to clean off machines and finished pieces.  The air pressure was not reduced as required at two different milling machines, exposing employees eye and laceration hazards from flying metal chips on or about February 11, 2015.      No abatement certification or documentation required.
