29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1): Gears. Gears shall be guarded in accordance with one of the following methods: On or about February 1, 2015, and times prior to, at 701 Porter Street in Springdale, Arkansas, Par Fry Line #3, employees engaged in visually inspecting the fryer's main belt were not protected from contacting the chain & sprocket beneath the fryer hood. This condition exposed employees to nip point hazards.
