29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1005 Rahway Avenue, Avenel, NJ 07001. The employer allowed his employees to work on and from the roof of a newly constructed three story building installing roofing membrane with no fall protection systems in place. Condition occurred on or about 02/06/15.
