29 CFR 1926.153(l): LP-Gas storage locations were not provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C: Office complex: On or about February 9, 2015 and at prior times thereto, one employee on the west side of the building was operating a propane fueled tar pot while reroofing the building without having a fire extinguisher present. This condition exposed the employee to a fire hazard.
