Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly. a. On or about February 9, 2015, located in the saw area of the shop, employees operated a Clark ECS-22 forklift with a below-the-tine lift for the handling of turntable frames without the manufacturer's approval, thereby exposing the employees to the loss of a load and/or to the tipping of the forklift.
